微波治疗小面积深度烧伤的临床应用研究

摘要 目的 观察微波治疗烧伤创面、肉芽创面、供皮区临床效果。方法 选择了 64例烧伤创面、肉芽创面、供皮区创面病人 ,进行了随机自身对照法和两组同类创面组间对照方法 ,观察创面愈合时间 ,愈合率 ,所获得数据进行统计学处理。结果 应用微波治疗创面 ,比未用微波治疗创面愈合时间提前 ,愈合率增加。结论 微波毫米段内 ,具有促进创面愈合作用 ,微波生物效应、低热效应和非热效理论 ,认为微波促进局部创面血循环、消炎止痛 ,并具有促进上皮细胞生长的作用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of burn surface,area of granulation and skin supply treated with microwave.Methods 64 cases of burn surface,area of granulation and skin supply patients were treated with microwave and were observed on healing time and rate with self-comparison randomly and intra-group comparison.The data were disposed of statistics.Results The surface of wound treated with microwave healed earlier and faster than those in without microwave both in time and healing rate.Conclusion The millimeter segment of microwave could promote healing of the surface of wound.The microwave might be believed to improve the local circulation,diminish inflammation,stop pain and improve the growth of epithelium cell.
