新型重组人肿瘤坏死因子治疗恶性胸腔积液

Analysis on Curative Effect of Malignant Hydrothorax Treated with New Recombined TNF

目的 观察新型重组人肿瘤坏死因子治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法 新型重组人肿瘤坏死因子 30 0 u 加 0 85%生理盐水 2 0ml ,地塞米松 10mg加 0 85%生理盐水 2 0ml胸腔内注入。结果 本组 2 9例恶性胸腔积液 ,总有效率 89 6% ,低烧 2例 ,胸疼 1例 ,均为一过性表现 ,不需特殊处理。结论 国产新型重组人肿瘤坏死因子治疗恶性胸腔积液有较高的缓解率 ,是一种非常有前途的控制恶性胸腔积液的抗肿瘤药物。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and side effect of malignant hydrothorax treated with new recombined TNF (r-TNF).Methods 300 units of r-TNF and 10mg dexamethasone with N.S.0.85% 20ml separately were injected into thoracic cavity.Results The total effective rate was 89.6% in 29 cases of malignant hydrothorax.There were 2 cases with low fever and one chest pain that were transitory and disappeared without special treatment.Conclusion There might be a higher remission rate of malignant hydrothorax treated with r-TNF that should have a bright future anti-tumor drug to control malignant hydrothorax.
