活血化瘀中药对脑挫裂伤的治疗作用及其机制的实验研究

Experimental study on the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Huoxuehuayu-Mixture in contusion and laceration of the brain

目的 验证活血化瘀中药对脑挫裂伤的治疗作用及其机制。方法 采用家兔自由落体致脑挫裂伤模型 ,观察活血化瘀中药对脑伤灶大小、病理改变 ,微血管构筑及血脑屏障通透性的影响。结果 活血化瘀中药可减小脑伤灶体积 ,防治微血栓形成 ,减轻间质及细胞水肿 ,改善微血管构筑和血脑屏障通透性。结论 活血化瘀中药能促进脑挫裂伤灶吸收 ,减轻脑水肿和神经细胞损害。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and its mechanism of Huoxuehuayu(HXHY) Mixture a tranditional chinese medicine mixture for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on hemorrhagic contusion and laceration of the brain (HCCL). Methods Contusion was made by inflicting on the right brain hemisphere of rabbits. At different time after trauma, the extension and the pathological changes of traumatic focus, permeability of blood brain barrier(BBB), microvascular architecture were observed before and after the administration of HXHY. Results Smaller traumatic area,decreased ischemic pathological changes and thrombosis, and improved permeability of BBB and the cortical microvessel density and morhology were observed in the therapeutic group. Conclusion HXHY Mixture could promote the absorption of the traumatic focus and reduce the brain edema and the damage of neurons in HCCL. The mechansim might be due to improved microcirculation of traumatic brain tissues by HXHY.
