生长停滞原发性甲状腺功能低减患儿垂体增生的磁共振成像(附一例报告)

摘要 报告一例垂体增生患儿,有明显的生长停滞和甲状腺功能低减的实验室证据,磁共振扫描发现对称性垂体增大。经甲状腺激素替代治疗,患儿身高增长,增大的垂体缩小至正常。提示对此类存在甲状腺功能低减实验室证据的患儿,应提高对其垂体增生磁共振成像表现的认识,以避免误诊为垂体肿瘤,而进行不必要的手术治疗。 We report a case of pituitary hyperplasia in a child presented with significant growth arrest and laboratory evidence of hypothyoidism. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)revealed symmetrical pituitary enlargement seemed to be macroadenoma. After thyroid hormone replacement therapy, the child′s height increased and pituitary enlargement regressed. Awareness of MRI appearance of pituitary hyperplasia in children with laboratory evidence of hypothyoidism might avoid misdiagnosis for pituitary tumor, which may also manifest as growth disorder, obviating unnecessary surgery.
