摘要
目的 观察东莨菪碱对健康血小板电泳速度和对抗药物肾上腺素的作用。方法 盐酸肾上腺素 (10 4 mg)与血小板悬液混合孵育后加入溴氢酸东莨菪碱 (3× 10 -2 mg) ,采用细胞电泳技术对其进行电泳速度测试。结果 东莨菪碱能加快健康人血小板电泳速度 ,东莨菪碱可以对抗肾上腺素 ,纠正由肾上腺素诱导的血小板电泳减慢。结论 东莨菪碱对抗肾上腺素 ,增加血小板表面的电荷密度和相斥力量 ,从而起到减少细胞聚集 ,加速血液运动 。
Aim To observe electrophoresis effect of scopolamine quickening the speed of isolated human platelet and combating adrenaline.Methods By using technique of cell electrophoresis,we measured platelet movement velocity after adrenaline(10 -4 mg)and scopolamine(3×10 -2 mg)was added to the platelet solutionand was mixed well.Result Scopolamine not only quickened speed of platelet electrophoresis in health people,but Corrected platelet movement,which had been hindered by adrenaline.Conclusion Scopolamine increased platelet surface electric charge and reducced cell aggregation,so,it is an effective medicine for prevevntion and treatment of thrombosis diseases.
