摘要 99Tcm- TRODA T- 1是一种新型中枢多巴胺转运蛋白显像剂 ,其 SPECT显像在帕金森氏病的早期诊断中具有重要的临床价值。文章综述了近年来 99Tcm- TRODAT- 1的生化及其标记制备、动物实验、显像方案和临床前研究方面的进展 ,展示了 99Tcm- TRODAT- Tc m TRODAT 1 is a novel technetium 99m complex as a dopamine transporter imaging agent. The imaging of SPECT with it will have an important value in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. This article reviews the progress of this promising agent.
