摘要
报道了一种新型的三氯烯类偶氮染料的合成方法及其与锌(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在TritonX-100存在下的碱性介质中,该试剂与锌(Ⅱ)形成4:1的红色络合物,最大吸收波长位于525nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.62×105mol-1.L.cm-1。锌含量在0~0.5mg/L范围内遵守比耳定律。干扰离子可用硫氰钾—甲基异丁基甲酮一次萃取除去,方法应用于废水中微量锌的测定,结果令人满意。
The synthesis of a new reagent 2 - pyridinediazoaminoazobenzene and its chromagenic reaction with Zinc(II)ion was reported. In an alkaline medium,the reagent reacts with Zinc toform an red complex of component ratio 4: 1 .the on complex is at 525 nmand the apparent molar absorptivity is 1 .62× 105mol-1.L.cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed for Zinc(II)in the range 0 ~ 0.5mg/L. This method is employed to determine trace amounts of Zinc in waste water with satisfactory results.
