摘要
选用失水山梨醇单油酸酯/反应物水溶液/环己烷制成微乳液等“微反应器”,在其中控制反应,制备出了具有球形及棒状、不规则片状与球形但呈细胞器状排布的纳米氧化锌。用透射电镜(TEM)、动态激光光微射(DLLS)与X-射线衍射对产物的结构、形态、大小与化学成分进行了表征。系统研究了反应体系的组分、配比、反应温度及分散方法等反应条件对“微反应器”与产物形态、大小的影响。探讨了ZnO纳米粒子的稳定性及其原因。并对ZnO纳米粒子的紫外—可见光吸收性能进行了表征。
ZnO nanoparticles with variable shapes, such as spherical and rod - like, have beenprepared in microreactors(reversed micelle and/or microemulsion). Their structures. size and dis-tribution were characterized by TEM, DLLS and X - ray diffraction. Investigation on the effects ofexperimental conditions on size, shape and distribution of nanoparticles were-carried out. The mostfavorable conditions for the preparation of ZnO nanoparticles with special size and shape havebeen achieved. The stability of ZnO nanoparticles and the reason for their stability were investigat-ed.Their properties of ultraviolet and visible light absorbing were studied.
