脐橙香料、色素的提取及光谱研究

Extraction of Perfume Coloring Matter of Navel Orange and Study of Their Spectra

本文分别用水蒸气蒸馏法和溶剂浸出法从干脐橙皮中提取脐橙香料及脐橙色素与香料的混合物。测定了它们的紫外可见光吸收光谱、红外光谱。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定了该混合物中矿物质的含量。

In this paper,extract perfume and perfume coloring matter mixture from drying navel orange rind with distillation and leaching respectively. UV VIS,IR spectra and trace elements of perfume and perfume coloring matter mixture are studied by UV VIS, IR spectra and ICP AES.
