Simultaneous Determination of Main Content and Impurity Elements in Zeolites and Supports

本文研究了用微波消化试样，ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法同时测定分子筛及担体中的主含量元素Ｓｉ、Ａｌ和杂质元素Ｆｅ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ的方法。相对标准偏差：Ｓｉ、Ａｌ＜２％，Ｆｅ、Ｎａ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ≤４％，杂质元素回收率为９７％—１０７％。方法快速，简便，准确，可靠。

The method of simultaneous determination of main content elements (Si and Al) and impurity elements (Fe ,Na ,Ca and Mg)in zeolites and supports has been studied by using ICP AES technique.The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion. The relative standard deviation of the method are <2% for Si and Al and ≤4% for Fe,Na,Ca and Mg ,respectively .The recovery of impurity elements are 97%-107% . This method is rapidly,simply,accurately and reliably.
