摘要 本文阐述了用平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿中铅的方法。用自制的石墨平台安装于石墨炉的石墨管内。并对工作条件进行了探讨。方法的线性范围0-1μg/mL,灵敏度为13pg/0.0044A,回收率为96.7%-98.7%,相对标准偏差为2.5%-4.3%,与双硫腙比色法测定尿中铅的结果比较无显著性差异。 This paper reports a method for the determination of lead in urine by using platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. A self made graphite platform was installed in graphite tube of graphite furnace. Under the established optimum experimental condition the calibration graphic linear for 0-1μg/mL of lead. Sensitivity is 13 pg/0.0044A. The method was successfully applied to the determination of urine samples with recoveries between 96.7%- 98.7% , RSD 2.5%-4.3%.
