本文介绍了应用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定血红素中铁的含量。对样品的前处理方法进行了探讨，结果表明干灰化法简便、准确。方法的回收率为９８．５％—１０５．０％，相对标准偏差０．９９７％，结果令人满意。

The determination of Fe in Heme by ICP AES is described in the present paper.The previous treatment of sample was discussed.The results showed that the method of dry ashing is simpler and more accurate.The recoveries are 98.5%—105.0%,the RSD is 0.997%,the results are satisfactory.
