摘要
为研究靶向制剂顺铂白及微球的制备工艺及理化性质,建立了石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,用于白及微球顺铂含量的测定。铂校准曲线线性范围为0—0.8μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.05%,RSD=0.65%,铂最低检出限为0.26μg/mL,方法灵敏,准确,快速。
A flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry was developed for determining cis dichlorodiammine platinum(CDDP) in cisplatin bletilla striata microspheres(CBSM) in order to study the preparation of CBSM and its chemical and physical properties.The calibration curve was linear in the concertration range of 0—0.8μg/mL of platinum.The average recovery of platinum in the CBSM is 101.05%,the relative standard deviation is 0.65%.The relative sensitivity is in 0.26μg/mL.This method is accurate,simple and rapid.It is suitable for the determination of CDDP in CBSM.
