摘要
本文使用汞原子蒸气发生装置与原子吸收仪联用,采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定饲料中的痕量汞。方法检出限为0.19μg/L;回收率为95%-103%;相对标准偏差为1.9%。该方法简便、准确度高、重现性好。
In this paper a device of mercury atomizing steam generator is coupled with atomic absorption spectrophotometer, determination of trace mercury in feed by the cold atomic absorption spectroscopy. The detection limit is below 0.19 μg/L,and the recovery is 95%-103%, RSD is less than 1.9%, this method is simple, convenient and of good pecision and high accuracy. It is a very practical method for the analysis of trace mercury in feed.
