大脑间纵裂血肿 被引量：10

摘要 大脑间纵裂血肿是一种相对少见的特殊的硬膜下血肿 ,桥静脉破裂出血是其主要原因 ,早期症状体征不重或者有中间清醒期 ,大脑镰综合征是其特征性表现 ,CT可确诊。由于临床表现不典型 ,如果没有及时发现和治疗则可能造成严重后果。本文复习有关文献对其做一概括性描述。
