神经精神性红斑狼疮脑脊液的研究
摘要
神经精神性红斑狼疮 (NPLE)病人脑脊液 (CSF)的研究对NPLE的诊断、治疗、监控及探明其发病机制等方面可能具有重要意义。本文阐述NPLECSF抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体、抗核糖核蛋白体P蛋白抗体、抗心磷脂抗体、抗神经元抗体、抗神经元膜蛋白抗体、白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )。
