摘要
本文以实验现象为基础 ,利用相邻布洛赫线间的静磁作用能 ,改进圆柱形硬磁畴的畴壁能公式 ,公式中只使用了一个由实验数据拟合而确定的参数 c.由一个典型样品得到的参数 c,用于其它几个样品计算时 ,所得数据都与实验数据符合较好 .从而使一些多年来一直不能解释的硬磁畴在直流偏磁场下的行为得到了统一的解释 ,特别是成功地解释了硬磁畴的一些温度特性 ,并首次提出垂直布洛赫线元模型 。
By the magnetostatic interaction energy between vertical-Bloch-lines(VBLs),the domain wall energy formula of the circular hard domains is improved,on the basis of the experimental phenomena.There is only one parameter c which is determined by simulated the experimental data of a typical sample.However,theoretical results calculated by the improved formula with parameter c,are very close to their experimental data.Thereby,some experimental phenomena of hard domains subjected to a static bias magnetic field,which have remained unclear for many years,are interpreted quantitatively.In particularly,some temperature properties of the hard domains are interpreted successfully.By the calculated results,the vertical-Bloch-line-cell model is proposed,from which the self-shrink phenomenon of hard domains can be interpreted qualitatively.
