摘要
本文应用DNA杂交技术,检测了30例女性生殖器湿疣活体组织DNA中的HPV 6b、11和16型相关序列,20例阳性,占67%。阳性标本中HPV6b阳性者占95.0%。并对10例湿疣患者的宫颈棉拭子细胞样本同时进行了对比检测,就其方法的敏感性,简便性进行了讨论。
30 cases of biopsies from female condyloma acuminata were examined for HPV(types 6b, 11 and 16) DNA related sequence by hybridization. 20 were positive (67%) .Among these, 19 cases were found to harbor HPV8b DNA homologous sequence (95.0%), 8 cases contained sequence homologous to HPV11 DNA (40.0%), 8 cases were found to have two or three types of HPV DNA. The detection rate of HPV related sequence from cervical swabs appears lower than that from biopsy samples.
