延安市区河流原生动物的初步调查

The preliminary investigation on the protozoa of the yan'an city river

1999年和 2 0 0 0年 3月— 6月 ,在延安市区河流选择 7个样点采集水样 ,调查了水体中的原生动物 ,共 33种 ,分别隶属于植鞭 ,根足 ,辐足、动基片、寡膜、多膜等 6纲 ;并分析了各样点的生态因素及原生动物的分布特征 ,初步认为可作为延安市区河流淡水污染指示的原生动物有 :绿眼虫 ,尾草履虫 ,钩刺斜管虫 。

During Mars-june 1999 and Mars-june 2000,the study on the protozoa of yan'an city river was investigated by choicing seven spots.It was found 33 species in total,belongs to class phytoma-stigophorea,Class Actinopodea,Class polyhymenophora,Class Rhizopoda,Class Oligohymenophora,Class Kinetofragminophora.The authors analysed the ecology factor and the protozoa distribution characteristics of every spot;also preliminavily think the pollution index protozoa of Yan'an City river as Euglena viridis,Paramecium caudalum,Chilodonella unciuata,Vorticella purtrina.
