摘要
针对钢厂循环流化床锅炉改造的燃烧过程自动控制 ,提出了输煤系统和燃烧系统进行联动控制的一种方案 ,从而减少了锅炉结焦事故的发生 .以锅炉给煤系统采用单片机控制变频器的闭环交流调速为重点 ,结合锅炉其它自动控制系统 ,如汽包水位、过热蒸气温度、炉膛负压等接口 ,采用模糊 PID自整定算法 ,并对控制算法进行了研究与仿真 .仿真结果表明 ,该控制算法具有超调量小、稳定性好、对模型参数适应能力强等特点 。
To consider automatic control of the cycle Vunicanization bed boiler combustion process this paper gives a method to control coal transporting system and combustion system, resulting in reduction of coke liking inside the boiler chamber. The coal transporting system is controlled based on AC inverter regulated by single chip microcomputer running a fuzzy PID control algorithm. The control system includes a subsystem for controlling water level, overheat steam temperature, and negtive pressure in the chamber. Simulation results shows that the control system has a good performance, and can adapt to the variation of model parameters of the process.
