摘要 对线性Gm -C积分器和对数域积分器的功率性能进行了分析 ,表明对数域滤波器更适合于在低电源电压下的低功率信号处理。计算机仿真结果显示 ,对数域积分器比线性Gm -C积分器具有更低的失真度。因此 ,对数域电路适合于低电压低功率和高频率的低失真滤波器设计。 The investigation of the power efficiency of the linear G m-C integrator and the log-domain integrator is given It is shown that log-domain filters are better suited for low-power signal processing at low supply voltages The simulations show that the log-domain integrator has lower distortion than the linear G m-C integrator The log-domain circuits are appropriate for the filter designs with the low-voltage,low-power,high frequency and low distortion
