日趋突出的公害犯罪正在给我国民众生活带来巨大威胁 ,并严重动摇着中国社会可持续发展的基础。鉴于在世界各国中 ,日本的公害立法不仅进行得较早而且比较先进 ,对我们不乏借鉴意义 ,本文先扼要系统地介述了其相关理论 ,进而结合我国现行刑法的已有规定阐明了对我们的应有启示。
