摘要
人力资本产权的特殊性有六种 :( 1)个人占有的天然性 ;( 2 )运用主体的唯一性 ;( 3)价值实现的自发性 ;( 4 )使用的激励性与增值性 ;( 5 )“产权残缺”的自贬性 ;( 6 )收益的外部性与长期性。
Property Rights of Human Capital have six particularities--the nature of capital individual-possession,the soleness of application subject,spontaneity of value realization,incentive to and value increase in utilization,self-devaluation while having'incomplete property rights'and externalities and long-term in interest.
