利益摩擦是影响企业规模扩大的重要因素 ,不同类型资本—劳动利益摩擦的强度有所不同。企业利益摩擦与劳动力使用的数量成正比。因此 ,扩大企业规模 ,需要减少资本对劳动的依赖 ,需要提高资本的有机构成。技术进步过程 ,中小企业不断从对劳动力依赖较少的资本密集型产业中退出 ,同时又在更多依靠劳动力的劳动密集型、知识密集型以及高新技术产业不断开拓自己的生存和发展空间。

Interest conflict is one of the major elements that obstacle the expansion of enterprises. Different types of Capital-Labor interest conflict have different degrees of conflict. The interest conflict of enterprises has a positive relationship with the number of the employment. Therefore, expanding enterprises would require that capital depend less on labor and enterprises improve the organic structure of capital. In the progress of technology, small and medium size enterprises are quitting from capital-intensive industries which depend less on labor and adventuring in the labor-intensive, knowledge-intensive, and hi-tech industries which depend more on labor.
