The paper analyzes main problem and restrained factor of forestry sustainable development in Fujian province.Meantime,the paper put forward that it is its basis to protect and develop forest resources,and science and technology is its premise,and institution is its secure,and dominant industry is its support.Sustainable development of forestry is realized in Fujian.
