文章首先对市场经济秩序的内涵进行了界定 ,并从建立市场经济体制过程的角度分析了整顿和规范市场经济秩序与政府宏观调控的关系。从财政政策、货币政策、消费政策、投资政策等方面论述了当前经济秩序混乱对宏观调控政策调控力度的抑制作用 ,最后提出了整顿和规范市场经济秩序的两条基本途径。

The article gives a conception of market economy order firstly.From the angle of the process to establish market mechanism,the article analyse the relationship between readjusting market economy order and macro regulation & control,and draws a conclusion that the chaos of market economy order exercise its restraints upon macro polticies,such as fiscal policy,monetary policy,consumption policy,investment policy.At last,the article suggests two fundamental methods to readjust the market economy order.
