Sang hongyang is the famous politician and fiscal expert in the Western Han Dynasty,and had made great contribution to the feudal society's economic development.During his tenure of office,Sang hongyang had pursued many fiscal reform policies.This thesis mainly introduce Sang hongyang's fiscal thoughts reflected in his fiscal measures,and approach his fiscal thoughts; effect on the modern fiscal management.
