Cool Thoughts on State-owned Commercial Banks' Reform of Share-holding System

国有商业银行体制改革的问题多年来一直讨论不断 ,最近随着入世进程的加快 ,再次成为国内金融关注的焦点。本文作者就现时国有商业银行股改上市的时机、条件及方案进行审慎的分析 ,认为当前国有商业银行股改上市尚不成熟 ,不能冒进。我们需要充分估计股改过程中遇到的问题与困难 ,利用入世后的短暂过渡期 ,尽快解决并为最终的上市做好准备。

The problem of state-owned commercial banks' system reform has been discussing for many years. Recently, with the accelerating process of stepping into WTO, it becomes the focus of domestic finance again. Through prudential analysis on the time, condition and project, the author think it's not the suitable time for state-owned commercial banks' share-holding system reform. We need to fully estimate the problems and difficulties that we will meet with during the process of reform. After entering into WTO, we should use the short period of transition to solve problems and difficulties in order to prepare for final listed.
