城市化是质的城市化和量的城市化的统一,城市化战略不仅是城市的问题,而且也是农村的问题。文章在对苏州的城市化战略的实质和内涵进行分析的基础上认为,苏州未来城市化发展应努力形成以苏州市区为核心、县级城区为节点、小城镇为基础,并有各类基础设施网络相连接的群体城市形态。
