摘要
街坊改造是苏州实施古城保护的重要举措。文章以苏州古城37号街坊的改造实践为例,就街坊改造的环境效益、社会效益与经济效益的统一与平衡,进行了探讨,为街坊改造总结几点经验。
The renovation of residential blocks in Suzhou is a significant decision on preservation of old town.The paper takes the renovation of Block37as an example to illustrate the unity and balance in terms of environmental,social and economic benefits and suggests some useful tips for the efforts.
