摘要
文章分析了高校青年教师队伍的现状,从政治道德、文化、教育业务能力。
In this article,the current situation of the young teachers in the college is analysed.The personal qualities requirements of young teachers in the college are put forward,covering the respects of morality,culture,occupation,psychology and health as well as the methods of development are given.
