On the Relation Between Bring forth New Ideas and Continuing Education

创新是一个国家兴旺发达的动力,创新人才的培养是教育同样也是继续教育的重要任务。继续教育必须适应社会经济发展要求,更新教育理念,营造创新环境,改革教学方式与教学手段,配备具有创新意识与创新能力的教师。同时要辨证地对待继续教育创新,创新的同时不能忘记传统。

Bringing forth new ideas is the motive power that keeps a nation prosperous and advanced.Developing people of ability is the main task for education and continuing education as well.Continuing education has to adapt itself to the needs of the development of social economy ,innovate educational conception,make environment for creative ideas,reform teaching methods and teaching means and be armed with teachers with creative conception and creative abilities.Meanwhile,the relation of continuing education and creative education should be treated dialectically,we cannot forget our tradition when we are carrying out creative education.
