Strengthening the Party Organzations of Universities According to "the Three Represents

江泽民总书记提出的“三个代表”是中国共产党的立党之本、执政之基和力量之源 ,是建设有中国特色的社会主义的根本要求。按照这一要求 ,加强高校党组织的建设 ,必须坚持与教学、科研工作紧密的结合 ,大力推进科技创新和生产力发展 ;必须把高校建设成为传播先进文化和精神文明的重要阵地 ;必须建立一支高素质的干部队伍 ,全心全意为高校的改革。

The Three Represents'theory of Jiang Ze min are the fundation,the source of the power of CPC and the elementary demand for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics;according to these requirements,we must combine with teaching amd scientific research while strengthening the party organzation construction,and promote science and technology to bring forth new ideas and in the developing productive forces;the colleges and universities ought to be taken as a important position in communicating the advanced culture and civilization of the spirit,meanwhile,we should train the educational managerial personnel with high qualities,and service to the reforms and developments of colleges and universities whole heartedly.
