全姊妹和半姊妹家系轮回选择对玉米沈综(旅)C_1群体改良效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用全姊妹和半姊妹家系轮回选择方法对玉米沈综(旅) C_1群体进行了改良,得到两个全姊妹和半姊妹改良群体 FC_2和 HC_2。然后对产量组成因素等进行分析,比较两种方法的改良效果。结果表明,改良后的 HC_2和 FC_2群体产量分别比沈综 C_0群体提高28.58%和23.39%,并达到5%差异显著水准。HC_2和 FC_2比 C_1及 C_1比 C_0产量平均数有增加的趋势,但未达到统计学上显著水平。HC_2与 FC_2产量差异不显著,但 FC_2主要产量性状比 HC_2保持了较大的变异范围。从预期与实际遗传进展比较上看,半姊妹要比全姊妹改良方案进展大。半姊妹改良群体预期增益21.12%,实际增益14.43%;全姊妹的预期增益40.05%,实际增益9.81%。半姊妹法的近交衰退为35.39%,全姊妹法的为2.9%。 Half-sib and Full-sib family recurrent selections were conducted in maize population Shenzong(Lu)C_1 and two advanced populations(HC_2 and FC_2)were obtained from half-sib and full-sib family.Improvement effects of two populations were analyzed and compared in yield and yield components.Results showed that grain yields of HC_2 and FC_2 were 28.5% and 23.39% higher than that of original population(C_0)respectively, the differences were all significant at 5%.There was no significant difference for yield between HC_2 and FC_2.But FC_2 population maintained greater variability than that of HC_2.Inbreeding depression,genetic gain and expected gain were 35.39%,14.43%and 21.12% respectively in half-sib family recurrent selection,and they were 2.9%,9.81% and 40.05% respec- tively in full-sib method.
