The folk sense of annual functions has carried on the ideology of last times and new characteristic of times is manifesting in the Qin,the Han and the Wei dynasties.Though people life gernerally rely on the nature time,but mystery of annual functions is turning towards the common customs.The political quality of annual function in prevous Qin dynasty is turning towards the norm of society gradually.
