用博弈论模型讨论了我国公司同国外企业建立技术性合作联盟中的策略问题 ,并引入了不确定性因子解释了现实中大量存在的但难以用确定性博弈论解释的均衡。

This paper discuss the tactic of the enterprises when they build the technology strategic alliance with overseas' enterprises, and by inducting the uncertain indicator explain the reasons of the equilibrium which cannot explain by using the certain game theory.
