Based on the arranging and analysing of the investigation findings about the teaching and learning circumstances of Marxism courses in colleges and universities, we make objective comments on the teaching and learning circumstances of Marxism courses and also raise the main problems which should be solved in the teaching reform of Marxism courses in colleges and universities at the turn of the century.
