摘要
作为合同解除的法律后果之一的合同解除是否具有溯及力问题是民法学者长期争论的焦点之一。无论从微观上还是从宏观上看，明确合同解除是否具有溯及力都具有重大的现实意义。
Contract termination is an important part in contract procedures. Cont ract traceability as one of the legal consequences arising from its termination is debatable among scholars of civil law. Whatever their opinions may be, to mak e it clear whether there is traceability in terminating a contract is still sign ificant today.
