摘要
当代中国正在探索着构建权力制衡机制的途径 ,目标是建立法治化的国家政治经济社会结构 ,从源头上根治权力腐败。可以说 ,有了公共权力 ,便有了对公共权力的监督 。
The Chinese government is probing a way of establishing mechanisms of power supervision and it aims at setting up institutionalized political, social and economic structures so as to bring power corruption under permanent control. Legal supervision and public powers are,so to speak, twins parasitizing in the state institutions.There are state institutions, there are public powers. There are public powers, so there must be the supervision of public powers. Legal supervision is the sacred mission and principal mode of governing power corruption in human societies.
