Technology trade is becoming an improtant part in international trade now and in future.In order to become a part of WTO,we must amend our relative law according to WTO protocal.In this article,the author first accounts the background of putting forward the protection of intellectual property rights,then analysces the present situations of the protection.In the end,put forward the differences between our present intellectual property protection law and TRIPs.
