发展高等职业教育应当重视的几个问题

Some problems in developing high vocational education

高等职业教育目前正处于较快发展时期 ,但在发展过程中存在一些问题需要引起重视 ,要重视教育观念的更新 ,努力改善高职教育的发展环境 ;要重视人才培养模式的改革 ,突出技术应用能力培养 ;要重视实验实训基地建设 ,突出实践教学环节 ;要重视师资队伍建设 。

High vocational education is developing very fast, but during the developing process, there still exist some problems to be laid emphasis on: the innovation of educational concept, the improvenent of the developing environment in vocational education, the reformation of talent cultivating patterns, the cultivation of technological application ability, the establishment of the experiment and training bases, practice teaching, the construction of the teaching staff and the development of the teacher staff's level.
