阐述了教师在社会发展中的作用。教师的素质直接影响着所培养人才的素质 ,强调一个合格教师应具备八种基本观念 ,即 :教育观、课程观、教学观、学法观、教研观、学习观、成材观、人生观。

The paper sets forth the role of a teacher in the social development. The teacher's quality affects his students directly. Therefore a qualified teacher must be with eight basic senses, i.e.outlook on education, sense of curriculum, sense of teaching, view of learning, view of research, concept of study, view of being a useful person and outlook on life.
