保合太和乃利贞──《周易》的和合思想

Maintaining harmony benefits perfection of heaven ──the thoughts of harmony in ZhouYi

中国哲学重和而不重争，重合而不重分，这在《周易》里有集中的体现。《周易》哲学可以说是一和谐哲学。本文从天地有常生、阴阳和会以施化、刚柔相摩以成形，男女和合成夫妇，感应相通成变化等五个方面阐述了《周易》的保合太和思想，揭示了《周易》以天地万物始于暌而终于和，虽有分而终于合，因其保合太和，故能生生不已、恒久常新的易学原理。绵延不绝的中国哲学长河，《周易》无疑是其源头。

Chinese philosphers think highly of harmony but not contention,of merging but not separation. This idea is concentrately expressed in ZhouYi. The philosophy of ZhouYi can be called a harmonious philosophy. This essay elaborates ZhouYi's thought of maintaining harmony through five aspects such as the change of the world bringing about normality, the harmony of femininity and masculinity causes bimh and developing of the heaves,the couple of hardness and softness resulting in formation,the harmonizing of male and female producing a couple and the mutual understanding of feelings causeing change. It reveals the thoughts in ZhouYi such as heaven begins in disorder,ends in harmony,though it may exsist in parts but tends to combine and heaven keeps a harmonious state,so the world can last and keep changeing. The Chinese philosophy opparently originated from the philosophy of ZhouYi.
