摘要
素质教育和创造教育在本质、宗旨、目标及重点等方面存在有机联系。创造教育体现素质教育的根本宗旨,反映素质教育的培养目标,承担素质教育的重点任务,因此在素质教育中具有重要地位。创造教育通过开发脑的潜能、优化非智力因素、促进个性发展等途径提高受教育者的综合素质,体现素质教育的应有效果。创造教育也以其崭新的教育观念和科学的评价体系,有力地推动教育改革深入发展,促进素质教育更有成效地推广。因此。
There exist inner links between quality education and creative education in the respects of essence, aim, objective and focal points. By embodying the basic essence, reflecting the educational ob- jects and undertaking the major tasks of quality education, creative education becomes a necessary component of quality education. By developing the latent energy of the brain, training the un-intellective factors and promoting the individualities of students, creative education will reflect the results of quality education. With its new educational ideas and scientific evaluating system, creative education will push strongly the educational reform forward, and help put quality education into effect. Consequently, creative education has positive functions as related to quality education.
