中、俄经济体制改革的区别主要表现在：不同的改革取向和目标、不同的改革模式、不同的改革进程和不同的改革结果。由此总结出的经验教训是：改革必须有明确的制度约束和安排；改革的进程必须充分注意社会的承受能力；改革必须立足本国国情；改革必须处理好制度与体制的关系，把握好度。

The difference between the Chinese reform in its economic system and the Russian one mainly manifests in respects of different orientations and obje ctives in their respective reforms,different reform models,different reform cour ses and different reform results.From this experience and lesson can be summed up:reform must be restrained and arranged under an definite rule;full attention must be given to enduring power in relation to the course of reform;reform must be based upon the countrys practical conditions;in reform,a good job must be d one of handling the relationship between the institution and the system,and of g rasping the right degree. ［
