The Art of Criticism

在教师的教育工作中 ,恰当的批评可以激励人、教育人 ,但在实际工作中往往批评的结果与预期的目的不相符。其原因是批评的方式、方面不恰当 ,从而引起被批评者的逆反心理。

During the educational work of teachers, proper criticism can encourage and educate the students, but the result of the criticism in the real work doesnit agree with the anticipate purpose , the reason is the as appropriate ways of criticism will cause counter psychology . If we pay attention to the content and the course of criticism,good and efficient criticism will come into being .
