New Ideas in Management of Civil-run Enterprises

民营企业在激烈的市场竞争中要生存并取得长足发展 ,必须不断地进行管理创新。首先要切实抓好经营管理思想观念的转变 ,其次要围绕培养企业核心能力来实施管理创新 ;最后 ,要注重实效 ,扎扎实实地实施管理创新。

If civil-enterprises plan to exist and further develop in fierce competition for markets,they must keep new ideas in management.Firstly ideas in operation and management must be changed and secondly they must carry out their new ideas in management around cultivating central ability.Finally substantial results should be paid attention to and new ideas in management must be taken in a down to earth manner.
