创新是人类能动性的一种认识和实践活动 ,“创新是一个民族的灵魂 ,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力 ,也是一个政党永葆生机的源泉。”创新可分为认识上和实践上的创新。
The creativity is one kind of knowledge and activities of initiative.'The creativity is the soul of a nation,the endless motivation of a country's prosperity and also the source of a party's vitality'.The creativity can be divided into two kinds--knowledge and practice.The activity of creativity needs some subjective and objective conditions.
