更新办学理念 推进素质教育 构筑21世纪的人才观和质量观

Renewing the Theory of Running School, Promoting Quality Education and Building a Talent and Quality Sense of the 21st Century

阐述了知识经济时代在高等教育领域转变教育思想、更新办学理念、推进素质教育的必要性 ,并结合实际分析了当前高等教育在思想观念方面存在的问题及其原因 ,着重从三个方面论述了如何推进素质教育 ,构筑 2 1世纪的人才观和质量观 :一是要强化质量意识 ,更新质量观念 ;二是切实加强素质教育 ,大力推进人才培养模式改革与创新 ;三是优化育人环境 。

This article firstly expresses the necessity of renewing the theory of running school and promoting quality education in higher education in the times of knowledge economy.Then it gives a concrete analysis of the status quo of the present higher education.At last,this article,states how to promote quality education and build a talent and quality sense to face the 21st century in three aspects:the first one is to enhance quality idea;the second one is to promote and reform quality education and talent model;the last one is tostrengthen the idea of educational environment.
