Economic Characteristics of China in the Period of Social Transformation and the Public Construction and Sharing of Document Information Resources

我国目前正处在经济体制转轨的关键期 ,经济发展的起飞期和社会现代化的临界期的三合一阶段。此时的经济发展在给文献信息资源共建共享带来物质基础、思想基础和人力资本基础的同时 ,也使其面临着诸多的挑战。旨在提示我国的文献信息资源共建共享过程中 。

At present our country is in the key period of economic system transformation as well as the rising period of economic development and the critical period of social modernization,which is a three in one combination.The development of economy brings forth material base,thought base and human resource base for the public construction and sharing of document information resources,and at the same time,it also brings with it many challenges.This article is aimed at pointing out how to catch the chance and accept the challenge in the course of public construction and sharing of document information resources in China.
